The client is a global leader in industrial gases and engineering, serving various end markets, including chemicals & refining, food & beverage, electronics, healthcare, manufacturing, and primary metals.
Headquartered in Dublin, Ireland, the client has a truly global footprint with 17 manufacturing units and corporate offices spread across numerous countries in all the continents and in the middle east.

The Challenge

The global pandemic and the sudden work-from-home situations have disrupted the traditional channels of communication and collaboration. Instantaneous communication and employee engagement become a challenge for the client that needed to be addressed immediately. The client required a mobile application to connect with both in-office and on-the-move

The Solution

After extensive consultative analysis of the client’s challenges, it becomes clear that the client needed a mobile solution available both on Android and iOS platforms to effectively cascade every organizational update to every single employee instantaneously.
