Introduction To The Client

The client is a global manufacturing group company that focuses on sustainable solutions in energy and environment.
Headquartered in Pune, India, the client operates globally through 29 international offices and 14 manufacturing facilities. The client’s sales & service presence is spread across 88 countries in Asia, South East Asia, the Middle East, Africa, Europe and the Americas.

The Challenge

The client has a multinational footprint, with both manufacturing facilities and corporate offices around the world. With disparate workforces spread across locations and facilities, it became a challenge to disseminate corporate communications and news to all employees easily and instantaneously. The client was in need of a solution that would also allow for easy collaboration between employees, and quick access to data and apps necessary to keep business operations running.

The Solution

After extensive consultative analysis of the client’s challenges, it became clear that the client would require a centralized collaboration platform that would help them to disseminate news and communications across the company, and also allow for employees to collaborate better.
Coventus proposed an easy access solution for all employees to sign on using SSO, and right from their mobile devices, access communications, apps and data as required. Coventus offered its out-of-the-box product, the PeopleOne collaboration solution.
