Absolutely! Communication and collaboration are essential for every institution, regardless of the size. PeopleOne is highly scalable and works seamlessly for an institution with any number of students and staff members, adapting to your unique needs.
PeopleOne is deployed within your organization’s own Microsoft 365 tenant, ensuring that all your data remains under your control. This setup leverages Microsoft’s robust security infrastructure, including encryption, multi-factor authentication, and compliance with industry standards.
Our licensing model is simple and straightforward:
- If you already have MS365 licenses, your users will retain access to SharePoint and OneDrive.
- One-time platform setup fee (mobile app included).
- Monthly rates are based on the number of users, with marginal costs per additional user.
The features agreed upon at the time of contract signing will be the ones available in your application, both web and mobile. If you need additional features after deployment, you can always discuss upgrading your package.
